Shipping Policy
S A Neff wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email us at returns@saneff.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return your item.
Return & Exchange Policy
All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
