We are all creators. Every minute of every day, we are shaping our reality through our focus, our words, and our internal dialogue. The trouble is, most of us spend our time creating on autopilot or focusing on the negative. We process thoughts and worries without realizing it, often resulting in frustration or stress.
I use a moment of silence and breathing when I feel a negative thought. With a little effort, we can simply let go of the negative and sanctify our “thoughts.” It works for me. When I am anxious about anything, I visualize the best possible outcome.
Making Space for Blessings
True creativity starts with the sanctification of the mind. This is the process of setting our thoughts apart from the world's noise.
I’ve found that my best insights don't come from my frantic "to-do list" brain. They come when I stop, breathe, and intentionally listen.
It is in this quiet space of listening that I moved from being a victim of my own subconscious habits. Eventually, it becomes our natural habit, and the blessings received are immeasurable.
Universal Mind
The beauty of this process is that we don't have to figure it all out alone. The universe, created for our benefit, pure and beautiful, wants to help us. We can tap into the wealth of opportunities and insight.
This isn't just a concept; it’s a practical tool for everyday use. When we choose to sanctify our thoughts, we aren't just "being positive.” We are filtering our reality through a new lens. We move from:
Default thinking: Spiraling into the worry or judgment that creates negative outcomes.
Divine design: Choosing to align our internal dialogue with truth, peace, and purposeful creation.
Choose Your Creation
Today, notice what you are creating. Before you react to that email, that conversation, or that challenge, pause.
Ask yourself: Is this thought aligned with the design I want to see?
If it isn't, you have the authority and power
to change it. You aren't a victim of your thoughts; you are the manager of them, guided by the wisdom of the Spirit. Mind Mastery includes using this new lens for a sanctified mind.
What is one "default" thought you caught yourself in today, and what is the new, intentional thought you are choosing to replace it with?
